Welcome to Daybreak Theory! I'm rebranding after over 5 years on FP. I will now be playing seriously, but it'll take me a hot minute to get back into the swing of things. Send me a PM if you have any tips for a breeder getting serious or just want to chat!
Beaucerons: project is going well actually. Coming up to round #3, which will eliminate all non-la and everything without at least one E, followed by round #4 which will take out non-lala and one E. Still determining parameters for round #5, but they will be dependent on the amount of puppies joining the project.
Heelers: only have 3 males and 5 females, so will probably need to buy new stock when I have time. Otherwise coming along nicely, will cull last non-la after breeding.
Aussies: wtaf was past me thinking. I have 2 males and 9 females. Only 2 dogs have la, but the E's are doing great. Will cull 1 male and 5 females after breeding so should probably get new stock. Color is a tertiary focus and I won't apologize for it.
Mini Aussies: so-so. Got 3 males and 9 females, multiple EEEE individuals, la is coming along. Could benefit from new stock here too but might get away without because I'm only culling 3 after breeding. Color is a focus here as well.
Goldens: had to immediately cull 3, leaving 5 males, 2 to be culled after breeding, and 10 females, 1 to be culled after breeding. All non-cull individuals have la, good E's, and most are red.
Labs: culled 1, 5 to follow after breeding. 5 males and 6 females including to-be-culled. The males are good on la, females are not. F's in cull individuals. Color is all over the place. Need new stock.
Lagottos: Not a total mess, surprisingly. After breeding, will cull individuals with no la. E's are good. Might need a couple new males.
Duckies: Had to immediately cull a few, leaving 4 males and 7 females, 3 to be culled after breeding. Not doing great in any area except most individuals are red. May need new stock.
