I began breeding Labrador Retrievers on FP some time in 2004 as Blue Note Kennels. I began breeding Large Münsterländers on FP Beta once they became recognized as a breed. Most Cruzan Labrador Retrievers and Large Münsterländers can be traced back to my original lines that were imported from FP Beta in January 2013. This is also when I rebranded as Cruzan Kennels. I began breeding Kuvaszok in May 2019. These are the primary breeds Cruzan Kennels specializes in. I began breeding Whippets in May 2019 and Belgian Tervurens in May 2021, however, I am not as active in these breeds.

Unfortunately, due to life circumstances, my activity on FP is very sporadic and I still have a lot of goals left to achieve in my primary breeds. This page is still under construction as I am coming back to the game after about five years away.

Breeding Policy

I do not mill dogs, use outside studs, purchase dogs bred by other players, or use boosters. I may occasionally purchase store-bought dogs from other players to increase my genetic diversity; I do not inbreed and I limit line breeding as much as possible. The earliest I breed females is age 97 and males is age 101. Each of my lines are built from the ground up using this long-haul method; I'm really proud of them and excited to see how far they can make it.

I do occasionally have male dogs available for public breedings; they are located in the Phoenix / Studs kennel. There are no minimum requirements of females requesting a breeding. I often have litters available for sale about every three months for each of the breeds I'm active in. If you purchase a puppy from me, it comes with no strings attached or expectations from me. Although I would love to see my puppies add quality to someone else's breeding program or show string! I keep pretty extensive data on the sport aptitudes within my lines, so if you would like some insight into which sport to train your puppy in I am happy to share it.
