From the intelligence and versatility of the German Shepherd to the elegance and speed of the Borzoi, our goal is to produce dogs that embody both beauty and ability. Every breeding decision is made with long-term improvement and breed preservation in mind.

About the Owner

Hello! I'm Maddi (she/her), and I've been part of Furry Paws since 2009. While I may step away from time to time, I always find my way back to the game!

German Shepherds have been my passion from the very beginning. Both my family and I have owned several shepherds over the years, and I have family involved in both military service and K9 handling within law enforcement.

More recently, I have expanded into Borzoi, a breed whose grace, speed, and athleticism perfectly complement the power and drive of the German Shepherd.

Based in the American Midwest, Speedway Shepherds reflects my appreciation for purposeful breeding, careful planning, and long-term line development. My goal is not quantity, but quality—building generations that improve upon those before them.
